A heads up display is a software overlay for online poker which tracks key data for each opponent at the poker table such as percentage of money voluntarily put into the pot. A HUD is used in real time while playing online poker and is typically a 3rd party software, although some online poker sites provide HUDs as part of their offering. Using a HUD may be against the terms of service (TOS) of some online poker sites.
